First Class Plumbing, LLC is proud to announce the acquisition of a new PresVac unit, which is a $300,000 vacuum unit used for pumping grid and oil separators, catch basins, digesters, silt chambers, lime house, and flyash.

Mike designed a low-profile mini tanker for parking garages because he realized the need. A lot of commercial office buildings have grit and oil separators and sewage ejectors in their lower level garage areas.  You need a pumper with a low clearance.

Septic tanks, grease traps, and grease interceptors are handled by a four-thousand gallon Sterling Pumper truck designed by the Lely Corporation. First Class Plumbing will be more than happy to set up service contracts for your needs.  Ask about our service contracts.
