  "The purpose of this correspondence is intended to recognize the exceptional work that First Class Plumbing recently completed at Stonegate at Faircrest Condominiums in Centerville, VA. The nature of the work performed was the installation of a 4 inch mechanical valve, connected to the service water main that connects two buildings on the property. My engineer and myself were called out on the afternoon of Saturday, September 7th, in the middle of a tropical downpour, to discover that water had flooded the courtyard between the above referenced buildings. When we saw that excavation of the courtyard would be required, my engineer and I knew that the prospects of getting someone out that weekend were pretty bleak.
     After calling about a half of dozen plumbers to be told that they could not 'complete a job that magnitude', we came across your advertisement in the 'Blue Book'. I was surprised that I got someone so quickly (considering it was a Saturday) and doubly surprised when Mike Magnolia told me that, 'I will mobilize my men and have someone out there in an hour.' Needless to say, I was relieved to know that someone was coming out to take care of the broken valve, but that was just the beginning. Just as had been promised, Chuck Robinson arrived on the site and immediately took charge. He asked us a couple questions and after that, we basically got out of his way and he went to work, shutting off the water supply to the two buildings and checking on the status of the equipment that would be needed to excavate the area and begin repairs. Chuck's helper, Joel Foster, was a great help as well as they both worked together seamlessly as a team to prepare for the work ahead.
     From the time my engineer and myself arrived on property to discover the problem, to the completion of the repair, not more than 24 hours had lapsed! I have been in Property and Community Association Management for over 10 years and the response time, customer service and professionalism that I encountered from Mr. Magnolia, Mrs. Judith, Chuck Robinson, Joel Foster, and Robert Frye of Frye's Hauling & Services Co. was nothing short of amazing.
     As a manager, I know that customers are quick to call and complain, not slow to call or write when you do a good job. It is important to acknowledge excellence and that is what prompted this letter. Keep up the great work guys, as your service to Stonegate Condos was truly First Class indeed!"
